		*Individuals and Small Group Rentals* (1-14 people) We are primarily geared towards hosting large groups, so we can only take weekend reservations for individual cabins three weeks in advance or less. Also, due to cleaning costs, we only rent individual cabins for two nights or more. Sorry, we do not allow pets or fires. Cabin Rental Rates:* -(Two-night minimum) Rates are per night for up to 2 people: Add $15 for each additional person (aged 13-69) per night. Kids (12 and under) and Elders (70 and better) are free after cabin rental. Rates are subject to change without notice. All cabins are very private and have a full bathroom and kitchen. We are primarily geared towards hosting large groups, so we have beds in each living room, in addition to the bedrooms. Cabins with phone or wheelchair access are available on a limited basis. -*Tax will be added:* Rates do not include tax: (Add 11% Mendocino County Occupancy Tax) -Check Out time is 4:00 PM OR: Add $25 per cabin for 6:00 PM check-out extension (limited availability) -Multiple-Day Rental Discount: For five or more consecutive days, subtract $10 per day! ****************************************** Frogwood Cabins:** Currently available cabins are subject to change without notice, as Frogwood evolves and grows. Spiral Cabin: 7 double beds, 8 single beds, and 1 triple bed = 16 beds (two of the rooms are easily dedicated to private rooms) 2. Culebra Cabin: 5 double beds and 9 single beds = 14 beds (two of the rooms are easily dedicated to private rooms) 3. Shanti Cabin: 2 double beds and 4 single beds = 6 beds (?)* (Shanti will be replaced by Venus cabin, with only four beds soon) 4. Located near Main Lodge building. 5 double beds + 9 single beds Spiral $175 plus tax, per night Wheelchair accessible cabin (ramp currently under repair) A four-bedroom cabin with sleeping loft, full kitchen, forest views, two bathrooms, large deck with outdoor table and chairs. 1 triple bed (in loft) + 7 double beds + 8 single beds Lodge Studio Apartment* $75 plus tax, per night (Limited Availability) A one-room apartment above main lodge work room space (No kitchen), forest views 2 double beds & 3 single beds ***************************************** Payment:** You can send us a payment in advance or pay with a check at Frogwood. Safety Issues: Guests agree to monitor their group to ensure safe lawful behavior and strict compliance with our fire and safety policies and to exercise consideration in helping Frogwood maintain its good neighbor policy as pertains to preventing excessive noise levels or other neighborhood disruptions. Please inform staff immediately of any accidents, injuries, or major problem spills, property damage, etc. 2. Release of Liability Agreement: Guests agree to release Frogwood of any responsbility for injuries or other potential harm or loss that may occur during your stay. Frogwod Lodge is not responsible or liable for loss of property. Guests agree to hold Frogwood Lodge harmless for any accident or injury that occurs while on our property. 3. Sorry, we do not allow pets. 4. Please remember to bring a (small personal) flashlight and house slippers, if desired. 5. Please help to conserve energy by turning off heaters and lights when leaving cabins and never run heaters with windows or doors open. 6. Payment System: County hotel tax will be added. Full payment is due upon check-in. Please see our web site for payment options. 7. Candles & Fires: Only attended "7-Day" candles (the kind enclosed in glass) are allowed. Please do not place candles directly on the floor (to avoid spilled wax on carpets). Tent campers may not use candles nor any open flames. Frogwood does not permit camp fires or any other type of ground fire. There must be no unattended burning material of any type at any time. 8. Cabin Use: Please be familiar with lights/switches, heaters/thermostat, phones, staff-contact radios, sound system, hot tub, etc., so all can be used comfortably (staff can show all of this to you). Tobacco smoking restricted to outdoors (not by open windows or doors). Before leaving, please make sure any moved furniture, rugs, pillows, and kitchen wares are returned to their original locations. 9. Camping: Tent camping and vehicle camping are allowed only with cabin rental and in certain approved areas. Please let us know in advance if you have any plans for people to stay in a vehicle or tent, in addition to your cabin rental. 10. Hot Tub Use: Keeping the water clean is the responsibility of all users. Please read the guidelines posted by the tub and avoid bringing contaminants into the clean water, such as soap residues, body oils and lotions. Use caution and take it slow, when removing and replacing lid, walking on slippery decks, etc. 11. Clean Up System: Before leaving, please make sure any moved furniture, rugs, pillows, art, kitchen wares, and other objects are returned to their original locations. If objects are removed from a room or building and not replaced, you will be charged for Frogwood staff time (see number 18, below). Please pay attention to any spills and clean them up carefully. Your efforts to clean up after yourself will help us to keep our rates low (including stripping used bedding, rounding up all dishes and cleaning kitchen). 12. Damage Responsibility: Guest is financially responsible for any damages to facility or propety caused by you or your group during your stay. Guest agrees to compensate Frogwood for any damages. In the case of damage, please inform a Frogwood saff. Frogwood Lodge will itemize the cost to repair said damage and guest agrees to pay such fees within ten (10) days of receipt of the cost of repair. . 13. Trash and Recycling: Please carefully sort and place trash and recyclable materials in the appropriate provided bins. 14. Road Use: Guest agrees to drive slowly and safely at Frogwood, and to obey all on-site road signs, including one-way roads. I have carefully read (and will carry out) the agreements listed above.
